A close fitting aviator style hat that helps you figure out how many licks it takes to get to the center of the tootsie roll pop. Back and front are edge stitched with the same yarn as the pompoms at the end of the ear flaps. Can also be made with just braided ties instead of pompoms for all you pompom phobic boys.
